All bookings for the Belize trip are refundable until January 15, 2027. After January 15, 2027, bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure that you review all details and confirm your availability before the refund deadline. If you have any concerns or questions, contact us prior to finalizing your reservation.
Liability for Injuries:
Charles Financial Strategies LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during the Belize trip. Participants are encouraged to have their own travel insurance and take necessary precautions during the trip. By booking, you agree to participate at your own risk.
Trip Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if there are not enough attendees to proceed. This decision will be finalized and announced on January 15, 2027. In the event of cancellation, all bookings will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for your airline tickets cancellations.

The last day to book your spot for this trip is January 15, 2027. No reservations will be accepted after this date.
